• We are hiring immediately for a PASTRY COOK position.
• Location 147 41ST STREET, 4TH FLOOR, BROOKLYN, NY 11232 Note: online applications accepted only
• Schedule Full time schedules; Tuesday - Saturday, hours may vary. Schedule may change based on business needs.
• Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced pastry and commissary production environment.
  • Previous research and development (R&D) experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques, recipe development, and product consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $29.00 per hour
