What will you do:
Prepare pastry mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service, including doughs, creams, mousses and garnishes.
Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of desserts and pastry items to LPM's exceptional standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry section at all times.
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards specific to pastry production.
Continuously develop your pastry skills and share knowledge with the team.
What you need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen or dedicated pastry section.
Foundational knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough work, creams and basic sugar/chocolate work.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for pastry.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
