Our Pastry Chefis responsible forsupporting theHead PastryChefin managing all aspects of the pastry section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality desserts and baked goods. You willassistin menu planning, stock control, and overseeing food preparation, while supervising the pastry team tomaintainsmooth and efficient service. The ideal candidate will haveexperienceworkinginpastry teams, driving operational efficiency, andmaintainingstrict hygiene and safety standards.Strong communicationskills and a focus on staff development and morale will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment.

Aboutyou..

• At least 2 years of experienceina Pastrykitchenand have a passion to grow

• Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments is a plus.

• Overseedailypastryrelated operations, ensuring quality and consistency in alldesserts,baked goods, guestamenitiesand other pastry related items.

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure freshness and efficiency.

• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.

• Focus on reducing waste, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

• Ensure the pastry operationruns smoothly and meets guest expectations.

• Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.

• Adhere to hygiene regulations and ensure equipment is properlymaintained

• Can work part-time, between 15-20 hours per week and are able to work in a dynamic, 24-hour operation, adapting to changing demands.
