We are looking for an authentic and driven Pastry Chef De Partie (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What do you need to be a Pastry Chef De Partie? Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to create high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods, with beautiful presentation, consistent standards and timely service.

So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work 40 hours across 5 shifts per week

• A genuine passion for pastry, baking and creating beautifully presented desserts

• Experience working as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant, ideally for a minimum of 2 years

• Strong pastry and baking skills, with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!

• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
