We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing desserts that reflect our commitment to authentic French Riviera-inspired cuisine. Your contributions will be vital in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dessert items according to LPM’s standards and recipes.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Participate in menu planning and development as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of pastry preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
