
Presbyterian Homes & Services Beacon Hill is seeking a Pastoral Care Director to support our community. The Director of Pastoral Care develops and implements a pastoral care program to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of residents and their families in the community. General areas of responsibility include: visiting and counseling residents and families; providing religious, sacramental and educational services; participating in residential care conferences and specialized services for the dementia program; liaison to the church community and local clergy service organizations; overseeing spiritual care volunteers; and implementing spiritual care programs.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Director of Pastoral Care reports to the Campus Administrator or Site Leader.
