Position Type: Part Time,

Salary Range: $5,720.00 - $7,020.00 Salary/year, POSITION PURPOSE Supports the implementation of Faith Formation Programs for Grades K-5 including Sacramental Preparation.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees weekly Faith Formation classes, providing supervision for student check-in. Assures that Catechists are in attendance. Assure Catechists have necessary supplies for their lessons. Communicates with parents as needed for safety and well-being of children.
• Works closely with Parish Family Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation to meet objectives and goals of the programs.
• Assures that attendance records for Elementary Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation are input weekly into ParishStaq data system.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

• Maintains inventory of educational supplies and re-orders as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
