Job Description
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for:
- Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging Mid Valley Family Foods Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
- Blend ingredients and pasteurize products following specified formulas.
- Monitor temperatures and flow rates to ensure pasteurization compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date State recording charts.
- Conduct monthly inspections of pumps and valves.
- Monitor raw ingredient inventory levels.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required.
- Support and assist in the execution of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
- Execute routine responsibilities independently under general supervision.
- Work is subject to occasional checks during progress and reviewed upon completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, hand use, and climbing.
- Occasional crouching, sitting, speaking, hearing, and tasting/smelling.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Frequent exposure to loud noise, wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
- Occasional exposure to heights, airborne particles, caustic/toxic chemicals, and electrical hazards.
- Work occurs in both indoor factory environments and occasional outdoor conditions, with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Hourly: $ 28.20 - $30.50
