The classification of Supervisor for Passenger Services includes the following: supervises, coordinates, and controls airport passenger service functions; monitors the quality and quantity of work performance; ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations and Company safety standards; and trains subordinates. Areas of responsibility include all Passenger Service functions, Operations, and Weight and Balance, including Line Cargo, Cabin Services, Ground Equipment, Facilities Maintenance, and Fueling. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards. Ensures they administer practices fairly and equitably, where all employees, customers, vendors, and other third parties are treated with respect. Read, understand, and clarify the implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge. Full-Time
Compensation Rate: $21 per hour.
City & Airport: Las Vegas, NV - Harry Reid International Airport
Account Designation: Core Business (CB)

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Analyze data, compute rates and percentages, and interpret bar graphs for operational decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve problems by collecting relevant data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Navigate complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, adapting to various operational challenges.
  • Work effectively in a high-noise environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations with strong cognitive abilities.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and effectively handle stressful situations.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance to meet operational demands.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift 70 pounds. No exceptions.
