The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Anchorage International Airport is looking a Passenger Air Service Development Coordinator to help us Keep Alaska Moving!

What you will be doing:

As the Passenger Air Service Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing passenger air service development for Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). You will develop and implement strategies to retain existing service, expand current routes, and pursue new domestic and international passenger air service opportunities. This position analyzes passenger, market, and industry data to identify opportunities and develop compelling, data-driven business cases and presentations for current and prospective airline partners. You will build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, tourism partners, and other industry stakeholders to support ANC’s air service development goals. You may represent ANC at airline meetings, industry conferences, and air service development events and coordinate follow-up activities to advance potential opportunities. Working collaboratively with airport leadership and internal and external partners, you will help strengthen ANC’s competitive position and expand air connectivity for Alaska.

AIRPORT SECURITY BADGE

Candidates for this position must be eligible for an airport identification badge in accordance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations (49 CFR 1542) which requires fingerprinting and a criminal background check. The successful applicant must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history record check as well as a comprehensive background investigation, along with a Transportation Security Administration Security Threat Assessment.
