What you will do:
- Perform outpatient and inpatient registration functions.
- Provide general information to hospital users, patients, and families.
- Ensures that patients meet financial requirements or help in payment plan.
- Provide excellent patient focused customer service.
- Communicate effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service/Information Desk
- Up-Front Collections/Cashier
- Emergency Department Registration
- Outpatient Registration
- Outpatient Surgery and Special Procedure
- Inpatient & Observation Registration
- Insurance Verification

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in healthcare or customer service setting is preferred.
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Detail orientated.
- Experience required in one or more of these settings:
- - Customer Service Setting
- - Hospital or Medical Office Setting
- Skills in using Professional Computers and computer applications.
- Duties as assigned.
