Service Operations Supervisor — PAS/PHC Programs

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team. Oversee daily operations of our patient services through hands-on coaching, training, recognition, and real-time problem-solving.
• Drive performance. Monitor team productivity and service quality, and keep raising the bar.
• Make things better. Continuously assess departmental processes, identify opportunities, and propose strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and the patient experience.
• Own the resolution. When service issues arise, dig into the root cause, implement corrective action swiftly, and follow through with patients to confirm their satisfaction.
• Stay connected to the patient journey. Track and monitor admissions to hospitals and nursing facilities, and maintain communication with patients about changes in their condition so their needs are always met.
• Keep the record straight. Compile and review documentation of communications and efforts involving patients, caregivers, caseworkers, and care teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• PAS/PHC experience — strongly preferred and highly valued
• Bilingual proficiency (a real asset in serving our community)
