Job Type: Part Time 8AM-1PM, Monday-Friday!

Salary: $30+ an hour based on experience + Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses

Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Loganville, Georgia is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
• Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid RBT certification.

-BLS is required. Can not be regular CPR, must be Basic Live Support course.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
