VVG is looking for a Parts Will Call Associate to join our team in Reno/Sparks, NV! If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
This is an operations position responsible for selecting items in the warehouse and preparing them for will call customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving order assignments from Customer Service associates
• Restocking and pricing show room floor and shelves with labels facing out
• Checking orders against invoices to ensure orders fill completely
• Assisting with loading of orders for customers at loading area
• Operating equipment safely, and reporting any unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Maintaining a neat appearance and manner at all times while on the job
• Performing clean-up activities in show room
• Performing other related duties
• Performing light sanitation duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
• Must present and communicate in a professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized with good time management skills
• Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company
• Computer proficiency
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical
Compensation:
• Hourly $18-$20 based on experience and qualification
• Plus Bonus Incentive Plan
• Full Time position
