Join the team at Phil Gilbert Motor Group, a trusted name in the automotive industry for over 35 years. As part of the 4K Automotive Group, Phil Gilbert spans across two locations and is a leading multi-franchise dealership representing Toyota, Hyundai and Kia. We also operate West Sydney 4x4, specialising in premium Ironman 4x4 accessories.

This is a hands-on within a small parts warehouse, suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations rather than managing a large warehouse or team. You'll play an important role in keeping parts organised, supporting workshop operations and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and locate incoming stock
• Pick and pack parts orders for internal workshops and external deliveries
• Ensure accurate dispatch and documentation
• Safely operate a forklift to move stock
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control procedures
• Provide day-to-day support and training to warehouse team members in the absence of the Parts Manager

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current Forklift Licence – mandatory
• Previous experience in an automotive or warehouse role (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a close-knit tea
• A proactive, can-do attitude
