PermanentFinning is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Parts and Warehouse Support Desk Analyst to support operations across Western Canada. In this role, you will be the go-to expert troubleshooting issues, supporting warehouse and parts teams, and ensuring critical systems and processes run smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving—supporting frontline teams, improving processes, and maintaining inventory integrity across the network. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and making a direct impact on business performance.

Shift, Hours & Compensation

  • 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
  • Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 12-hour shifts as part of a consistent rotation
  • 7 consecutive days off between rotations

This schedule offers built-in work-life balance, with extended time off after each rotation.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

Top Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Respond to service tickets and operational issues
  • Troubleshoot system, process, and warehouse-related issues and determine root cause
  • Provide real-time support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Support hose and kitting operations to ensure accurate setup and execution
  • Help maintain and improve inventory integrity across parts operations
  • Provide guidance on best practices for warehouse, parts, and supply chain processes
  • Contribute reporting insights and KPI data for leadership reviews
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend training or process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex operational challenges
  • Support rollouts of new systems and processes, including occasional branch visits

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in parts, warehouse, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and parts operations
  • Experience troubleshooting operational or system-related issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of systems such as Lawson, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and solutions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships
