Join our Distribution team as a Parts & Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in managing equipment logistics, parts supply, inventory control, and freight coordination across Canada.

This position reports directly to Distribution Manager and is integral to supporting our Document Systems and Locker Solutions businesses by coordinating the shipment, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of equipment, replacement parts, and installation components. You'll work closely with customers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, service technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate logistics activities for our Mail and Locker Solutions product lines, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and installation support.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, schedules, and delays to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory replenishment activities.
  • Process and track inventory transactions, purchase orders, shipments, and parts orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support daily operations.
  • Respond to inquiries related to shipments, order status, inventory availability, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative and logistics support as required.

Reporting Relationship

Reports directly to the Distribution Manager

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Fully in-office

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, distribution, shipping & receiving, inventory control, parts coordination, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs (7 kg).
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments as needed.
