Parts Specialist | Packer Norris Parts| Essex, MD Do you have previous parts experience with Ford? If you are detail oriented and ready to show off your parts knowledge with a great company, PNP (Packer Norris Parts) wants to talk to you! We are located in Essex, MD and searching for a Parts Counter Rep (Ford) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers.  Base salary plus commission $60,000 - $90,000 based on Ford experience, Full time hours that can include Saturday  Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting customers in selecting required parts
  2. Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
  3. Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
  4. Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
  5. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully    apply them in daily activities.
  6. Coordinate any procurements of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
  7. All other duties as assigned
