Shipping Coordinator

A global industrial company supporting the semiconductor industry is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support its operations in Carrollton, TX This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional looking to build a career in logistics, customer service, or the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the customer and internal operations teams.
• Coordinate shipping and dispatch priorities based on customer needs.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
• Manage time-sensitive logistics communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate shipping and logistics information.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and keep shipments moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Customer service, logistics, shipping, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Recent graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
• Some Shipping knowledge (or processing of DHL Forwarding) is preferred.
