Step into an executive leadership role driving our aftermarket growth across Europe, the USA, and Latin America. We are looking for an authoritative commercial partner and strategic challenger with the maturity, assertiveness, and ownership to lead tough negotiations and elevate both direct enterprise accounts and our CEE dealer network. We welcome exceptional candidates based anywhere in Poland or across Europe, supported by a flexible, travel-ready working setup.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Multi-Regional Strategic Execution: Direct commercial operations across diverse regions, driving direct strategic sales in Western Europe, the USA, and Latin America while leading, coaching, and expanding our dedicated dealer/distributor network in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Tough Commercial Negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations with corporate clients and fleet operators; assertively defend margins, structure complex long-term agreements, and maintain total composure in demanding discussions.
  • Dealer & Channel Enablement: Set rigorous commercial KPIs, conduct structured business reviews, and align CEE dealers with corporate strategy to maximize equipment capture rates and spare parts penetration.
  • Data-Driven Fleet Monetization: Conduct thorough gap analyses across the installed machine base using the Kalmar Insight telematics platform, converting equipment runtime and telemetry data into recurring service and parts revenue.
  • Team Mentorship & Performance: Provide daily leadership, strategic direction, and operational coaching to your frontline team of PSSRs and Parts Order Administrators, establishing a culture of accountability and proactive execution.
  • CRM Governance & Accurate Forecasting: Maintain complete commercial visibility and pipeline integrity within the CRM system, providing executive leadership with actionable business intelligence.

What we offer you:

  • Executive Autonomy: Genuine ownership and strategic mandate over a commercial business unit with direct influence on global aftermarket strategy.
  • Competitive Executive Remuneration: Highly attractive base salary paired with an uncapped, performance-driven executive bonus model.
  • Global Exposure: High-profile international visibility, steering major accounts across Europe and the Americas while collaborating directly with global leadership.
  • Executive Benefits Package: Premium private healthcare cover, comprehensive pension scheme, company car, and wellness allowances.
  • Modern Work Setup: Flexible hybrid working structure equipped with high-end mobile workstations, digital collaboration suites, and support from central engineering and supply chain teams.
