Simmons Honda Powerhouse Recreation is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team!
Located in Gander, Newfoundland, Simmons Honda Powerhouse Recreation is passionate about helping riders, outdoor enthusiasts, and adventure seekers make the most of every experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with service and parts needs for Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment
- Create repair orders, prepare estimates, and explain recommended services and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance
- Order, receive, and manage parts while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process and provide exceptional customer support
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and support the overall success of the Parts & Service Department
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
