Scania Hungária Kft. is the official importer of Scania products in Hungary. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Scania, it operates seven branches, providing vehicle sales and service activities.

Scania Hungária Kft. is part of Scania’s Central European Region, which includes the Czech Republic and Slovakia in addition to Hungary. The regional headquarters is located in Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate parts
  • Prepare quotations and support the sales process
  • Order, prepare, and issue parts
  • Manage inventory, handle goods receipt, and process returns
  • Work closely with the service department and technicians
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identify sales opportunities and support campaigns
  • Participate in service advisory processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous availability of parts
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ensure organized and cost-efficient warehouse operations
  • Support customer communication throughout service processes
  • Comply with internal processes and regulations

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Secondary school diploma (high school graduation)
  • Experience in a technical field
  • Relevant work experience in the automotive and/or warehouse environment
  • Category B driving license
  • Forklift operator license
  • Experience in the service sector
