Parts Sales Outside - Coggin Deland Ford

Reports To: Parts Manager

Responsible for facilitating estimates, order handling, and the purchasing of After-market parts for our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).
• Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.
• Attendance and Punctuality.
• Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
• Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required aftermarket parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Informs customers and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full aftermarket product line.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Keeps up with inventory and notifies manager of out-of-stocks.
• Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Bills on the service repair order.
• Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer and that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
