This role oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. Responsibilities also include supporting team members in the parts room, ensuringaccurateandtimelycompletion of tasks.Additionalduties involvemaintaininginventory records in the system, organizing parts in designated bins withappropriate minimumand maximum levels, and managing storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. The position may also involve other assigned tasks as needed. This position will have obligation to become forklift certified within the first 90 days.
Requirements
Education:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience6 months +experience in maintenance oraparts roompreferred
Computer Skills Basic computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office SAP required.
Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectivelywithemployees, management, and suppliers.
Special Skills Ability to read and write;possessbasic math skills; ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Physical Requirements Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 or more poundsoccasionally
