Job Description

Interstate Assembly System's is looking for a First Shift Parts Puller at our Marshfield Wisconsin location.

First Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

The Parts Puller is responsible for all aspects of parts picking in support of up-fitting and production operations. Parts are to be pulled in a timely and accurate fashion so as not to impact production and up-fit schedule. Parts are to be picked and packed for production to being work on the scheduled start date of the order.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Picking of parts on Scheduled work orders and relieving inventory through our inventory management system.
  • Answer will call for drop in parts needed by production and up-fitting that are not scheduled on work orders.
  • Adding parts to work orders and correctly relieving inventory.
  • Inventory control operations including cycle counting and location adjustments.
  • May require measuring and cutting material to length.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with all company policy and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Solid verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Working experience in heavy truck and/or equipment operation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet timelines.
  • Good record keeping and organizational practices.
  • Familiarity with Heavy Truck parts a plus.
  • Prior experience in warehouse environment and forklift usage.
  • Familiarity with RF Scanners a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with MS office and Outlook.
  • Ability to safely lift loads of up to 75lbs.
