We are looking for a Parts Production Manager to lead component manufacturing operations within our MV & LV Switchgear factory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement across production processes including punching, bending, welding, painting, and copper processing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production operations and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
  • Manage capacity, resources, and multi-shift production teams.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Support digitalization, automation, and investment projects.
  • Maintain constructive employee and union relations.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical & Materials, or related fields).
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, machining, or similar production environments.
  • Experience leading blue-collar teams in a multi-shift operation.
  • Knowledge of production planning, capacity management, Lean Manufacturing, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP, MES, Lean Six Sigma, or Welding Engineering knowledge is an advantage.
