Position Summary

Job Summary

OPEX Corporation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Parts Picker to join our team at our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately locating, picking, packing, and staging parts and materials for customer orders and internal operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory while consistently following established warehouse safety procedures. Additionally, the Parts Picker will conduct general housekeeping of inventory areas, along with performing other duties assigned by Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials for Customers & Technicians according to pick slips.
• Picking parts directly from inventoryand using Water Spider to deliver them to assembly stations.
• Patrol assembly lines on a strict, timed route to proactively replenish parts before operators run out
• Verify part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and product condition.
• Pack and label orders accurately for shipment.
• Organize parts and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Confirm picks within the inventory/enterprise system (Oracle).
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, parts, shipping/receiving, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Water Spider experience preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read part numbers, labels, and pick slips.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous Oracle software experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move parts/materials and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical/Work Environments

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials as required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Must be comfortable using a 12-step rolling safety ladder.
• Ability to safely handle parts of varying sizes and weights.
• Employees may be required to work overtime (extended shifts or weekends) because of high demand.

This position will pay $18-20 per hour, based on experience.
