Role
As the Parts Marketing Manager youwill leada team ofsales support, application,and supporting effortsto growrepairs,rebuildsand wearbusiness across Americas North(US and Canada)for Construction Industries(CI)customers and products. This role drives customer loyalty, dealer alignment, and profitable growth by supporting CI field teams, customers, and channel partners in executing lifecycle support strategies that help customers better manage and maximize machine lifecycle costs while increasing repair, rebuild, and parts capture.

What You Will Do(Job Duties)

  • Deliver business plan sales, share, and growth targets for Repairs, Rebuilds & Wear across Americas North within the Construction Industries portfolio.

  • Partner with CI field teams, dealers, and internal partners to develop and execute sales support and go-to-market plans that increase repair and rebuild participation, parts capture, and customer adoption of lifecycle support offerings.

  • Support CI field teams, customers, and dealers in resolving product, commercial, and service issues related to repairs, rebuilds, wear parts, and machine lifecycle solutions while helping customers improve lifecycle cost outcomes and protecting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identifyselling opportunities, improve customer value realization, and strengthen business relationships with CI field teams, dealers, and customers to expand Repairs, Rebuilds & Wear growth.

Negotiating:Applies effective negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with internal and external stakeholders. Uses active listening, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to align interests and drive agreement.

Relationship Management Buildsand sustains strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive long-term business success. Sets clear expectations,facilitatescollaboration, and proactively manages performance, issues, and opportunities.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Deep understanding of Construction Industries customer applications, machine lifecycles, and the economic drivers behind repair, rebuild, and wear decisions.

  • Strong dealer collaboration skills with the ability to align field teams, product support, and sales resources around growth opportunities.

  • Ability to translate technical product and service knowledge into clear customer value propositions tied to uptime, cost per hour, and total owning and operating cost.

  • Commercial discipline inidentifying, prioritizing, and advancing opportunities through forecasting, account planning, and follow-through.

  • Self-starter mindset with strong cross-functional leadership, urgency, and the ability to influence without direct authority across a broad Americas North network.

Pay Range:

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
