Parts Manager Job Responsibilities
- Inventory Strategy: Oversee the procurement, stocking, and merchandising of OEM Ducati parts, performance accessories, and premium apparel.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize inventory turns, manage obsolescence, and maintain high levels of accuracy in our DMS.
- Service Integration: Partner closely with the Service Department to ensure a seamless flow of parts for high-performance builds and routine maintenance.

Experience: Lead a front-counter team that provides expert technical advice and "white glove" service to our retail clientele.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain and negotiate relationships with global suppliers and local vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability.

Experience: Proven track record in automotive or powersports parts management (European brand experience highly preferred).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with modern Inventory Management Systems and a deep understanding of motorcycle components.
- Leadership: Strong ability to mentor a team and manage the financial health of a high-volume department.
- Passion: A genuine appreciation for Italian motorcycles and the community that surrounds them.
- Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred), and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
