Responsibilities

Job Purpose The Parts Logistics Specialist supports the daily logistics and documentation activities for XPENG’s European spare parts business. The role focuses on shipment status tracking, timely communication of shipping documents to warehouses, HS codes maintenance, transport document management for non-European markets, and monitoring 3PL logistics performance. The position works closely with the European Parts Team, China logistics/parts teams, warehouses, freight forwarders and 3PL partners to ensure parts are shipped accurately, documents are available on time, and logistics information is kept up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. China Sea & Air Shipment Tracking: Monitor the status of spare parts shipments from China by sea and air, including booking, departure, transshipment, arrival and delivery status. Maintain and update shipment trackers and provide timely ETA/status updates to the European Parts Team and relevant stakeholders. Follow up with China logistics teams, freight forwarders and 3PL partners on delayed or exceptional shipments. Escalate significant delays, missing information or potential delivery risks to the European Parts Manager 2. Shipping Documentation & Warehouse Coordination: Ensure shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, ASNs and other required transport documents, are provided to the relevant warehouse in a timely manner. Check document completeness and basic consistency before sharing documents with warehouses and logistics partners. Coordinate with warehouses to ensure documents are available before inbound operations and customs/receiving activities. Follow up on missing or incorrect documents and coordinate corrections with the responsible parties. 3. HS Code Maintenance: Maintain and update the European spare parts HS code master data and related logistics information. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics/customs partners when HS code information needs to be reviewed or updated. Ensure the latest approved HS code information is reflected in relevant logistics and shipment documentation. Support the team in resolving HS code-related questions during shipment and customs processes 4. Transport Documentation for Non-European Markets: Maintain transport and shipping document information for markets outside the European region where required. Ensure relevant market-specific transport documentation is collected, updated and properly filed. Coordinate with country teams, logistics providers and warehouses to resolve missing or incomplete documentation. Maintain clear and traceable records of transport documentation and shipment-related information. 5. Daily Logistics Support & Continuous Improvement: Track agreed logistics KPIs such as shipment timeliness, document accuracy, delivery performance, response time and issue resolution. Maintain accurate logistics trackers, reports and master data to support daily spare parts operations. Support investigation of shipment delays, document issues and other logistics exceptions. Identify recurring operational issues and suggest practical improvements to logistics processes and information management. Support cross-functional projects related to warehouse, transport, system and logistics process improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field preferred. - Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transport coordination, warehouse operations or a related field. Automotive aftermarket experience is an advantage. Basic understanding of international sea/air freight processes, shipping documentation and warehouse inbound operations - Skills: - Good Excel skills and ability to maintain trackers, master data and operational reports. Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems is preferred. - Communication: Good English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, warehouses and external logistics partners.
