This role is responsible for inspecting heavy equipment components, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring parts meet Caterpillar quality standards.

• ️ What You’ll Do as a Parts Exchange Worker:

As a Parts Exchange Worker, you’ll play a key role in inspecting, handling, and processing heavy equipment components to support parts exchange operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components
• Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation
• Process parts exchange orders and support warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and timelines
• Follow all Mustang Cat safety policies and wear required PPE
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
