General Purpose:
The Parts Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the overall execution, management, and continuous improvement of the company’s parts delivery operations. This role ensures fast, reliable, and consistent delivery performance by leading delivery drivers, managing routing and dispatch through Elite Extra, overseeing fleet maintenance, and supporting delivery locations through onboarding and training.
In addition to outbound customer deliveries, this position is responsible for inner-store parts transfer operations for Panama and PLP locations, as well as coordinating John Deere pallet consolidation and returns. The Parts Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Parts availability, service uptime, and customer satisfaction across all locations.

Delivery Operations, Dispatch & Routing
Plan, schedule, and dispatch all parts deliveries using Elite Extra to meet established delivery standards and service-level expectations.
Build, analyze, and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, control costs, and maintain consistent delivery times.
Monitor real-time delivery execution and exceptions within Elite Extra and take corrective action as needed.
Coordinate closely with Parts, Service, and store leadership to align delivery priorities, volume, and cut-off times.
Driver Hiring, Leadership & Management
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard qualified delivery drivers.
Schedule, supervise, and manage all delivery drivers, including maintaining a roster of trained backup drivers in each region.
Establish clear expectations for safety, productivity, professionalism, and customer service.
Train drivers on proper use of Elite Extra, delivery procedures, and company policies.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching using delivery data and operational metrics.
Fleet & Vehicle Management
Oversee the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and readiness of the delivery fleet.
Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and compliance requirements.
Track vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure vehicles remain compliant, reliable, and available to meet delivery demand.
Location Onboarding & Training
Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new delivery locations.
Ensure locations are properly trained on delivery processes, expectations, and system usage.
Monitor adherence to operational standards and best practices across all delivery locations.
Inner Store Transfers & Special Logistics
Assume responsibility for scheduling, supervision, and operational efficiency of Panama and PLP inner store transfer trucks and drivers.
Coordinate John Deere pallet consolidation and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and partner requirements.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to support smooth transfer and return operations.
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Elite Extra for parts delivery operations.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, reliability, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency.
Partner with the Parts Operations Manager on scaling delivery operations, routes, driver capacity, and system capabilities.
Support the development and standardization of delivery processes across all locations.
Reporting & Communication
Track, analyze, and report key delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, route efficiency, driver utilization, and exceptions.
Communicate operational risks, capacity constraints, and service issues promptly.
Collaborate with store managers, logistics staff, and leadership to achieve operational goals.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills related to routing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics, operations, or supply chain experience preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in dispatch, delivery, logistics, or transportation operations.
Prior experience hiring, supervising, and managing drivers or frontline operational teams preferred.
Experience with routing and dispatch software required; Elite Extra experience strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Passing a driving record (MVR), criminal history background checks, employment verification, and drug screen will be required prior to the start of employment.

Moderate physical work involving lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
