You will be a key member of our dynamic Wiri Parts & Customer Service team. With strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience. Working for Scania is not just about the job. Who you are
To be successful as a Parts Advisor / CSA you will have previous experience in a customer service and/or parts/warehouse role, preferably within the automotive industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
