Position: Inside Parts Sales Representative
Location: Fyda Freightliner – Harrisville, PA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the expert customers turn to — over the counter, by phone, and via email — to find the parts they need.
• Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices.
• Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently.
• Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve.
• Stay current with training and product updates — because knowledge is power.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow.
• Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must.
• Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus — but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent required with basic knowledge of truck/auto components.

• Excellent communication skills and must speak English.
• High school business math.
• Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
• General mechanical aptitude.

• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
• Operate a Fyda vehicle in safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
