Job Shift: DaysEmpire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. With continued growth, we are looking for a Back Counter Parts Representative to support commercial vehicle parts sales to retail customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Parts and sales support to retail customers
- Participate in company training programs for career development
- Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
- Pull and stage parts as needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
- Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external)
- Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
- Previous Forklift experience is necessary
- May have to lift up to 50 pounds
- Aftermarket experience is a plus
