Parts Counter Salesperson Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts identification and sales
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Promote additional products and services when appropriate
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to meet customer needs

Parts Counter Salesperson Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and inventory management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
