Parts Counter Sales - Ocala, FL

Parts Counter Sales Representative is responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or via email and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Provides exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Processes sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upsells companion part requirements and specials.
• Performs outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Prepares parts including order filling from stock.

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
• Customer-focused service approach
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone.
• High school diploma
