Anchorage, AK | Porsche | Audi | Volkswagen | Luxury European | Automotive parts | Parts lookup | Inventory | Dealership parts experience preferred | Warehouse experience welcome | Logistics experience welcome | Alaska | 401k | Veterans encouraged to apply | $25 - $30/hr

IS THIS YOU?

• You're accurate and organized, and you find the right part the first time so technicians never wait on you
• You have automotive parts experience, or a background in warehouse, logistics, or inventory work, and you're ready to learn Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen parts

WHO WE ARE

Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Anchorage or anywhere else in our network, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Fill technician parts requests accurately and quickly -- pulling, staging, and delivering parts to the right bay
• Look up OEM part numbers for Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen using electronic parts catalogs
• Tell technicians and service advisors about backorders, substitutions, and delays right away
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts per department procedures
• Receive, bin, and organize incoming stock to keep inventory accurate
• Keep accurate records in the DMS

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred -- candidates from warehouse, logistics, retail inventory, and other detail-driven backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable with computer-based parts lookup and a DMS, or quick to learn them
• Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, or European parts familiarity a plus -- paid brand training provided
• Accurate -- you verify part numbers before pulling, not after
• A clear communicator who flags delays early
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• $25 - $30/hr
• 401(k) plan
• Paid brand and parts training
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Career path -- strong counterpersons grow into parts specialist, wholesale, and parts management roles
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY PORSCHE AUDI VOLKSWAGEN OF ANCHORAGE

• Three European brands on one parts shelf means varied catalogs and faster parts expertise than a single-brand department
• Parts reach Alaska by shipment, so accurate stock and an early heads-up on backorders keep technicians productive
• Anchorage is a close-knit community, and a parts department that keeps the shop moving earns the respect of the people who rely on it
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• Our HEART values -- Honor every guest, Engage sincerely, Anticipate needs, Respond graciously, Thank intentionally -- apply to how we support our internal team as much as our guests

If you're accurate, organized, and ready to keep a well-run Anchorage parts department supplying a busy shop -- apply.
