Location: Vista, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time |Salary Range: $36,000 - $45,000

e are looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our team at Honda Vista! In this role, you’ll help keep our Service and Parts departments running smoothly by assisting technicians, service advisors, and customers with their parts needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests and inquiries
• Identify and locate automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
• Research part numbers, availability, pricing, and compatibility
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts
• Assist with special orders, returns, and exchanges
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and work area

What You’ll Need:

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to accurately research and identify parts
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
