We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our busy Collision Center in Irving, TX. This role is essential in supporting our technicians and ensuring smooth, efficient repair operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist technicians by sourcing and ordering OEM and aftermarket parts
• Communicate with vendors, dealerships, and internal teams
• Ensure all parts are correctly billed to repair orders
• Support a fast-paced collision repair workflow
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring the customer is expose to the full product line
• Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency order if necessary
• Notify Service Advisor when special order parts are received
• Follow-up on back-ordered parts
• Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or dealership environment preferred (collision experience required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and dealership software knowledge (CDK, Reynolds, etc. is a plus)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
