What You’ll Do:
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for management of the branch parts and tire inventories. Additional responsibilities such as filing, coordinating mail, clerical duties, as well as supporting sales, service and business operations as needed.
Job Duties:
• Verify parts deliveries by reconciling delivery receipt or invoice to parts delivered.
• Receipt delivery in Fleet Management System
• Create new parts profiles or copy profiles in inventory as needed.
• Print labels, affix to parts, and put small parts on shelves. Leave large or heavy parts for others to shelve.
• Contact third party vendors, obtain invoices, receipt invoices and provide to service management team.
• Perform inventory counts according to policy and procedure as directed.
• Enter Inventory counts.
• Maintains a safe and clean parts and tire area.
• Receive and distribute mail
• Maintain a current and accurate filing system
Secondary Duties:
• Welcomes visitors, customers, and the general public by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; directing them appropriately
• Take down and forward messages
• Contact customer and help schedule PM’s, campaigns, recalls and follow repairs.
• Obtain and enter metrics readings weekly and enter into Fleet Management System on the maintenance side.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or manager
• Assist with the rental operation’s cycle of service; booking reservations, coordinating available units, preparing units for rent, validating customer’s insurance coverage, and the opening and closing of rental contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ Years of parts/inventory management experience required
• 1+ Years of experience in an administrative capacity required
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
• Ability to work in a high volume fast pace environment with a customer service focus
• Bi-lingual a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), Background check

Compensation:
• $25-$30/hour depending on skills and experience
