Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
a. Manage MSP Service Board (ConnectWise)
b. Manage Responsibilities for ordering and receiving parts within ERP (JDE)
c. Perform Parts Changes when vendors swap parts
d. Troubleshoot inventory errors, process errors
a. Order parts per manufacturer Warranty terms, per customer
b. Tailor and edit diagnostic descriptions from technicians
c. Coordinate troubleshooting with warranty representatives
a. Coordinate quotes between technicians, company liaisons, and Sales Reps
b. Correctly enter Sales Orders & POs into MSP & ERP
c. Order Parts per vendor, per availability of parts
a. Coordinate with vendors, technicians to obtain RMAs and Return Labels
b. Account for returns parts in ERP and MSP, generate Credits to be issued if necessary
c. Order replacement parts
a. Administrate open call reports for the Team & Supervisor
b. Generate Warranty Labor Remittance reports for Accounting & Supervisor
c. Identify sources of debit notices
d. Maintain customer tracking spreadsheets

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
