Parts Coordinator - Nashville TN
Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTRL) is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team for following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-3:30pm!
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $25-$28 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.
Job Duties:
• Verify and document parts deliveries accurately
• Maintain meticulous inventory records
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory management
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift tests
