Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate parts receiving, inventory management, and distribution to support daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and communicates effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Receive & Verify Parts: Check incoming parts against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
System Entry: Accurately receive parts in Recon360/AS400 and verify against purchase orders.
Process Invoices: Scan, label, and route invoices and pick-tickets according to procedure.
Organize Inventory: Tag, store, and maintain parts in designated areas by Work Order.
Manage Stock Levels: Monitor inventory, order parts, and maintain minimum stock requirements.
Handle Returns & Credits: Track, process, and document returns and vendor credits.
Support Technicians: Distribute parts based on Work Orders and ensure accuracy.
Conduct Audits: Perform daily bin audits and update inventory systems.
Maintain Safety: Identify and report safety concerns during routine walkthroughs.
Manage Communication: Respond to emails and coordinate with vendors and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive environment preferred
Familiarity with inventory management systems (AS400, Recon360, or similar) a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Work Environment
Warehouse/shop environment with frequent standing and walking
Regular handling of automotive parts and materials
Team-oriented, fast-paced setting

Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
