Job Location: AR Texarkana - Texarkana, AR 71854Parts Clerk
Join our established Case dealership as a Parts Clerk. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and service team by managing parts sales, inventory, and orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their parts and service needs
- Process sales transactions accurately within the business system
- Receive, stock, and organize parts and materials in proper bin locations
- Create parts quotes and orders for customers, technicians, and the service department
- Communicate order status, complete invoicing, and follow up with customers as needed
- Use OEM Dealer Portals to research parts, troubleshoot issues, and access warranty information
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks accurately and on schedule
- Assist customers with parts selection for equipment operation and maintenance
- Operate material handling equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines

QualificationsJob Requirements
- Previous parts or inventory experience preferred (Ag or Construction industry a plus)
- Familiarity with computerized shop or dealership management systems preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to think critically and proactively solve problems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail with good organizational habits
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business or inventory systems
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Position may require climbing, squatting, stooping, and kneeling
