Job Description

Pete's RV Center is excited to invite applications for the role of Parts & Accessory Specialist. As a vital part of our team, you will help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV needs while ensuring a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management
  • Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly
  • Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders
  • Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive
  • Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized
  • Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Participate is all other tasks needed to assist the team

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in retail or parts sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift products and manage physical inventory tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Saturday availability required

Pay: $45,000-$60,000/ per year including a monthly work performance incentive.
