Suburban Cadillac of Troy

Suburban Cadillac of Troy is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working closely with technicians and service advisors, and becoming a trusted resource within a busy luxury dealership environment.

Whether you have automotive parts experience or are looking to take the next step in your automotive career, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department operating efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Research, identify, and accurately specify automotive parts and accessories

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and orders

  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently

  • Order parts from manufacturers and suppliers based on customer and service department demands

  • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory

  • Process invoices, payments, warranties, returns, and core credits accurately

  • Maintain inventory records and support cycle counts and inventory control processes

  • Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused

  • Deliver a premium experience consistent with the Cadillac brand

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive parts experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Strong computer and data-entry skills

  • Basic math skills for invoices, inventory, and transactions

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
