Experienced Parts Advisor Wanted

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll play an essential role in keeping our service operation running smoothly by:

• Working closely with the Parts Manager to source and order non-stock parts
• Managing special-order parts requests from start to finish
• Guiding customers through the parts sales process, from inquiry to invoicing
• Processing daily parts orders utilizing the CDK scanner system
• Pulling, organizing, and distributing parts to technicians and counter personnel
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and a well-organized stockroom
• Assisting retail customers and responding to incoming phone inquiries
• Performing accurate parts lookups and ensuring timely parts delivery and disbursement

Requirements

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous dealership parts experience ( required)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes
• Experience with CDK software ( required)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills
• A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be at least 18 years of age
