Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K-$60K depending on performance.

Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a high-volume automotive parts environment
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:

  • Assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
  • Managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department
  • Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Promoting parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
  • Maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000-$60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
