As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:
The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000-$60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
