Subaru of Sterling, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is busier than ever! We need a high-performing Parts Advisor who wants to grow their career with the best in the business!

Who are we looking for?

  • Automotive parts experience, required.
  • Dealership experience required.
  • CDK experience is helpful!
  • Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction
  • General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
  • Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
  • Computer proficient
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere
